    • 1. Decide which YouTour video package suites your needs.
       2. Fill out the order form.
      3. YouTour team member will contact you, we will arrange a meeting at your property for the service. (Allow up to one full hour) 
      4. YouTour, videographer shoots property. Allow up to one full hour of shoot time: depends on property size and menities.
      5. YouTour, edits video footage; a team member will add music and narration script will be produced specific for your property needs.
      6. YouTour will email, video tour links  directly to you.
      7. We will handle distribution of your video tour to relevent video sharing sites.                                                  
    • 8. Entire process takes 2-3 business days from the time we shoot your video at your property.

How long does it take to produce a video tour?

Generally, it takes anywhere from 30-90 minutes to film the property, depending on the size of the home, as well as if we are taking still photographs at the same time. Editing, production time, narration, compression, etc. take approximately 3-5 additional hours. We try and have your tour online within 36-48 hours if possible.

When is my payment due, and what forms of payment do you accept?

A 50% deposit is required upon booking the videographer/photographer, and balance due upon completion. Payments accepted: cash, certified cheque, pay pal and e-mail money transfer. Or if preferred, full payment may be made anytime prior to scheduled date.

What is YouTour Property's cancellation/refund policy?

Payment is non-refundable after shooting video. We guarantee satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our tour, we will photograph the location again at no additional charge.

How can I cancel/reschedule with my YouTour Videographer?  

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule a video tour, please call us within 24 hours of your scheduled video shoot. If the shoot is not cancelled within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of $35 may be assessed.
